Refund Policy

14-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied for any reason within 14 days of purchase, we'll give you a full refund. No questions asked, no exceptions.
1. Our guarantee
All paid subscriptions and one-time purchases from Foundry Apps are covered by an unconditional 14-day money-back guarantee. If you request a refund within 14 days of your original transaction date, you will receive a full refund of the amount charged.
There are no conditions, no required reasons, and no exceptions. If you ask within the window, you get your money back.
2. How to request a refund
Email david@foundryapps.co.uk with the subject line "Refund request" and include:
- The email address on your account
- The product or subscription you purchased
We will confirm your refund by email and process it within 2 business days. Funds typically appear in your account within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.
3. After 14 days
Requests made after the 14-day window are not automatically eligible for a refund. However, if you've experienced a technical fault or exceptional circumstance, please get in touch and we'll do our best to help.
4. Subscriptions
Cancelling a subscription stops future charges but does not automatically trigger a refund unless you are within the 14-day guarantee window. Once a billing period has been charged and the 14-day window has passed, that period is non-refundable. You retain access to paid features until the end of the period already paid for.
5. Payment processing
Payments are processed by Paddle, who acts as Merchant of Record. Refunds are issued through Paddle back to your original payment method.
