About these terms
These terms apply when you use foundryapps.co.uk or Orbit (orbit.foundryapps.co.uk). FIENDS (fiends.gg) is covered by its own pages; players who sign with FIENDS get a separate written agreement. Foundry Apps is a trading name registered in Guernsey, Channel Islands.
Orbit
Orbit tracks rocket launches, space stations and what's visible in your sky. Launch dates come from public sources and change often; Orbit shows how firm each date is, but we can't guarantee any launch time, pass or alert. Don't rely on Orbit for anything safety-critical.
Accounts
You're responsible for keeping your sign-in secure and for activity on your account. Tell us at david@foundryapps.co.uk if you think someone else has accessed it. You must be at least 16 to create an account.
Orbit Pro
Orbit Pro is a subscription billed monthly or yearly in advance through Paddle, our Merchant of Record, whose checkout terms also apply. Prices include any applicable tax. You can cancel at any time and keep Pro until the end of the period you've paid for. Refunds follow our refund policy.
Fair use
Don't use our products unlawfully, try to break or overload them, access parts you're not meant to, or copy our data or content at scale without permission. We may suspend accounts that do.
Ownership
Our software, designs and brands, including the Orbit and FIENDS names and marks, belong to Foundry Apps or our licensors. Launch and space data shown in Orbit comes from public sources and belongs to its respective owners.
No warranty and our liability
Our products are provided "as is". We work hard to keep them accurate and available, but we don't promise they'll be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the previous 12 months. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't legally be limited.
Changes and ending
We may change these terms or our products; if a change matters, we'll tell you in advance where we can. You can stop using our products at any time, and we may end access for breach of these terms.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of the Island of Guernsey, and the Guernsey courts have jurisdiction.
